Annual Youth Winter Retreat
Recharge Youth Snow Day is an annual President’s Day retreat for students 6th-12th grade to spend time together and spiritually recharge. Every year, we coordinate with Grace Lutheran Brethren Church and Bottineau Winter Park (BWP) to put on this event. If you have questions about volunteering or registering, contact Pastor Chris.

ANNUAL VOLUNTEER NEEDS
-
Adult leaders: Ideally, we would like to see an adult/student ratio of 4:1 or 5:1.

Dorm heads: Supervise students in each sleeping space for boys and girls.

Food serving: Help to prepare/serve two meals: Sunday supper and Monday breakfast.

Activities: Coordinate some games and sports activity in the gymnasium.

Music/worship: Coordinate music for worship Sunday night, especially if they can collaborate with student musicians.

Registration: Manage payment and registration information.

Nurse: Prepared to administer basic first aid.

Setup/Cleanup: Help with setup and cleanup as needed.
